Privacy

DiligenceDraft processes the questionnaire and supporting material you deliberately upload in order to generate your requested workbook. Do not upload passwords, secret keys, regulated personal data, or material you are not authorized to process.

File handling

The launch application does not use an application database to store uploaded questionnaire files. Files are processed during the generation request and the resulting workbook is returned to your browser.

AI processing

Relevant text from the materials you provide is sent through the application hosting provider's AI gateway to generate draft answers, subject to its data-processing controls and the selected model provider's applicable terms.

White-label delivery

The generated client workbook does not add DiligenceDraft branding. DiligenceDraft does not contact your client as part of the automated job.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. DiligenceDraft does not receive or store raw payment-card numbers. During launch, DiligenceDraft uses the operator's existing LAST KNOWN Stripe merchant account, so Stripe may display LAST KNOWN as the merchant identity.

Operational records

Payment metadata, timestamps, technical logs, and error information may be retained by infrastructure providers as required to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and account for the service.
