We draft from the evidence

Where it fits.
vCISO / compliance consultant
A smaller client sends one questionnaire that does not justify a larger trust-operations engagement.
Security or MSP agency
Your team has the client's evidence but does not want senior staff spending hours copying answers into spreadsheets.
Occasional overflow
A custom buyer workbook lands during a busy week and needs a first-pass draft without adding another SaaS system.

FAQ
Will my client see DiligenceDraft?
Not in the generated client workbook. The downloadable deliverable uses a neutral filename and does not add DiligenceDraft branding to the questionnaire. You remain responsible for review and delivery.
Does it make up answers when evidence is missing?
No. Missing or weak support is supposed to become REVIEW REQUIRED, with a low-confidence flag and a review note.
What files can I use?
The questionnaire must be .xlsx. Supporting material can be PDF, TXT, or Markdown. The launch version caps the combined upload at 3 MB to keep processing reliable.
Do I need a subscription?
No. It is one white-label job. The first five paid jobs receive the $79 launch price while available; regular price is $129.
Why might Stripe or my card statement show LAST KNOWN?
DiligenceDraft is temporarily using the operator's existing LAST KNOWN Stripe merchant account during launch. The job you are purchasing here remains DiligenceDraft.
Are uploaded files stored in an application database?
No application database is used for questionnaire files. They are processed in the request and returned as a generated workbook. Model processing is routed through the hosting provider's AI gateway and remains subject to its data-processing controls and provider terms.
What if the workbook cannot be processed?
Validation errors can be corrected and retried. A successful payment is not consumed until a workbook generation completes; the same payment allows one recovery regeneration if a download is interrupted.
Keep the client. Offload the first draft.
One white-label job. No client handoff. No recurring platform.
