Terms & refund policy

DiligenceDraft is a drafting tool for business security questionnaires. By purchasing a job, you confirm that you are authorized to process the files you upload and that you will review the generated workbook before relying on, reselling, delivering, or submitting it.

Not an attestation

Generated responses are drafts, not legal advice, security advice, an audit, certification, attestation, warranty, or representation that any security control exists. You remain responsible for the truth and completeness of all answers delivered to clients or submitted to third parties.

White-label use

The generated client workbook is returned without DiligenceDraft branding. You may use the draft as part of your own client service, but you are responsible for review, client communication, and final delivery.

One paid job

The purchase covers one questionnaire-generation job and one recovery regeneration if a download is interrupted. It is not a subscription.

Payment processing

During launch, DiligenceDraft payments are processed through the operator's existing LAST KNOWN Stripe merchant account. Stripe Checkout, receipts, or card statements may therefore display LAST KNOWN.

Refund policy

If the service cannot complete a purchased job because of a service-side technical failure that cannot be resolved through retry, the appropriate remedy is a refund of that job. Validation errors caused by unsupported, unreadable, oversized, or unauthorized customer files do not consume a successful generation and should be corrected and retried.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to create false compliance claims, misrepresent certifications or controls, process stolen material, evade contractual review, or submit statements you know are untrue.
